Job Title: Concrete Laborer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. As a Concrete Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the construction and maintenance of various concrete structures, contributing to the smooth execution of our projects.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for foundations, slabs, sidewalks, and other structures.
- Perform tasks such as spreading, leveling, and smoothing concrete using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete, ensuring that forms are properly set and aligned.
- Apply hardening and sealing compounds to cure surface of concrete, and monitor the setting process.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
- Assist with the setup and dismantling of formwork and temporary structures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.

Qualifications:
