About the Role:

The Paving Laborer plays a critical role in the successful completion of construction projects focused on sports surfaces, parking lots, and other paved surfaces. This position involves preparing job sites by clearing debris, setting forms, and assisting with the mixing and pouring of asphalt or concrete materials. The laborer ensures that paving materials are applied evenly and efficiently, contributing to the durability and safety of the finished surface. Working closely with equipment operators and supervisors, the paving laborer helps maintain a smooth workflow and adheres to safety standards throughout the project. Ultimately, this role supports the creation of high-quality paved infrastructure that meets project specifications and client expectations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
  • Basic understanding of construction site safety practices and willingness to follow safety guidelines.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality to meet project schedules.
