We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Heavy Highway Construction Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of heavy highway construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and equipment on site
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure deadlines are met
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to construction team members
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and reports
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in heavy highway construction
  • Prior supervisory experience is preferred
