Position Description
Join a third-generation, family-owned commercial construction company with over 70 years of excellence and a strong commitment to community. We're seeking an adaptable, driven Concrete Cutting Superintendent who thrives in a team-oriented, professional environment.
Essential Duties:
    • Operate a full range of concrete cutting equipment, including:
    • SOG electric and diesel saws
    • Wall saws
    • Coring rigs
    • Wire saws
    • Other specialized demolition tools
    • Meet with clients to assess project needs and provide detailed cost estimates.
    • Manage and schedule small demolition crews to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
    • Oversee inventory and maintenance of all cutting equipment and accessories.
    • Coordinate with the Operations Manager to align manpower and project schedules.
    • Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.

Position Requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Competencies: Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and analytical skills, supported by 7-10+ years of direct experience in concrete cutting, coring, and concrete construction supervision. Demonstrated ability to operate a wide range of concrete demolition equipment and heavy-duty vehicles, along with strong organizational and inventory management capabilities. Brings proven leadership, crew management, and coaching abilities, as well as excellent communication and client-facing skills. Possesses experience in estimating, project planning, and the effective use of digital estimating tools and project management software. Exhibits strong visioning, planning, and forecasting abilities; an entrepreneurial mindset oriented toward building customer and referral relationships; and a commitment to driving projects to completion on time while ensuring profitability. Maintains collaborative and team-oriented working styles, combined with proficient interpersonal skills and sound decision-making. Visual and auditory acuity, a valid driver's license, OSHA 30 certification (preferred), and CSDA certification (preferred) further support this role's requirements.
