ENGLISH
Southwest Construction is looking for Decorative Concrete Technicians to join the team!
Job Duties:

  • Use of power tools and machinery when needed
  • Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks
  • Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions
  • Commitment to safety rules
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Work effectively to meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards.


Preferred (but not required) experience in:

  • Concrete Polishing
  • Concrete Staining
  • Concrete Overlays
  • General Labor
  • Concrete Stamping


Requirements:

  • Available to work varied hours as needed to meet our customer's demands
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Capability to work in varied climate conditions
  • Valid TX driver license is a plus
  • Ability to lift 100 lbs
  • Must pass background check
  • Must pass drug screen
