SALARY RANGE: $80,000- $110,000

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES
Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Master Scheduler will be responsible for leading successful initiatives to ensure production planners and buyers can support the production schedule.
JOB INTERACTIONS AND INTERFACE
This role interacts with internal staff in: Materials, Sales, Welding, Assembly, Chief Operations Officer, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ensure all materials and capacities are available for production jobs
Responsible for on time job completions by ensuring part delivery and production capacities are in line with production schedule.
Maintain Supplier agreements and scorecards system.
Maintain targeted inventory levels in raw material, subassemblies, WIP and finished goods.
Be a company go-to person for areas of responsibility. Support buyers and production planners
Attend planning meetings weekly and utilize shop load
Ensure proper execution of MPS changes and weekly regen
Work with Engineering on new product developments to ensure minimum manufacturing lead times.
Verify job time fences for new jobs and mass print ready job packets
Ensure our operating system data is accurate and current
Ensure all materials and capacities are available for production jobs
Communicate with suppliers on shipments and status of stock coming in to meet production demands.
Responsible for Purchasing to research potential suppliers and negotiate contract terms.
Work with the Manufacturing engineering and Materials team to ensure material storage capacities are aligned
Works with Planning to ensure progress on projects and production schedule meet the deadlines of the company.
Work well within a team of professionals and independently.
Comply and align daily tasks while meeting deadlines.
Troubleshoot any issues of the supply chain and work to resolve them in a satisfactory manner.
Troubleshoot production variances and workflows to improve efficiencies.
Operate with the utmost attention to safety of self and others
Work to exceed WINCO’s quality and safety standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
4-5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Fluent in supply chain management to include logistics, procurement, scheduling and delivering of products
Careful attention to detail
Excellent Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational, planning and follow-up skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
PREFERRED
Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical components
Some purchasing experiences
Experience with generator technologies
Experience with Epicor operating system
