Filling / Industrial Machine Operator (3 DAY WEEKEND / 10 HOUR SHIFT)

Labor Finders in St. Louis is looking to hire multiple experienced FILLING MACHINE OPERATORS for an immediate & long-term need at a well-established company in the area.

MULTIPLE OPENINGS - WEEKLY PAY - HIRING IMMEDIATELY

• Position: Filling Machine Operator (Experienced)
• Location: Columbia, IL
• Pay: $18-$20 / Hour
• Start Date: ASAP
• Length: Long-Term, Temp-To-Hire Opportunity
• Days: Monday - Thursday
• Day Shift: 6am-4:30pm ($15/Hour)

Job Summary: The Filling Machine Operator will need to be able to operate in a fast-paced production environment. Will be responsible for setup, proper operation, upkeep of filling machine, handling materials and various other related duties. Must have good attention to detail and a focus on safety. The filling machine operator will be responsible for meeting daily production standards.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• 2 Years experience operating a filler machine or similar industrial machinery is desired.
• Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job, including but not limited to lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing/walking for long periods of time.
• Must wear steal toed footwear and denim/work pants. Cannot wear contact lenses (glasses would need to be worn instead).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to pass a pre-assignment background screen.
• Additional requirements and/or screening may apply.
