We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cook/Dishwasher to join our team at Paloma Suerte in the Stockyards. As a Cook/Dishwasher, you will be responsible for assisting with meal preparation, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menu planning.
- Assist with dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment.
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely meal service.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations in the kitchen.
- Maintain inventory of food supplies and notify supervisor when items need to be replenished.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food safety practices.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as knives, mixers, and ovens.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects.
- Must obtain a Food Handlers Certification by first day of employment.
- Must be available weekends and some holidays.
