We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Equipment Service and Spare Parts Manager based in Northern California. The core function of this position is to manage our Equipment Service and Spare Parts work center. This work center is a customer service department and inside sales. Your team handles all incoming email to part department. These emails are selling parts to our customers for their current equipment. This is a customer facing sales position, and not a warehouse position.The team also handles all customer site service calls. You will manage the service technicians and the parts sales persons.

This is an onsite position, and the candidate must be within driving distance of the office.

- Manage the Service and Parts team
- Develop and support strong work center goals for revenue generation
- Drive the sales and customer service process, coordinating all aspects of internal activities with the team and customer
- Communicate all sales activities to management through regular updating of Lattice, our performance Management software and direct conversations with Senior Management
- Travel (up to 40%) to customer locations to engage customers on potential projects
- 3-5 years experience of service and parts for a manufacturing environment
- 3-5 years in mentorship and management experience
- Ability to sell service and parts
- Demonstrated excellence in negotiating and closing sales
- Ability to work with Salesforce, ERPs, and performance management software
