Job Title: Hydro Excavation Sales Representative
Department: Haaker Underground Sales
Reports to: Haaker Underground Division Manager
Job Location: Tulare, CA (Must live in Haaker Equipment territory of responsibility or in the territory of sales unless authorized by Management prior.)
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales, profit, and marketing plans of assigned territory.
- Sell direct to selected markets and accounts to help drive business, expand market presence, and increase sales and profitability.
- Effectively manage and develop a portfolio of customers to maximize market coverage that results in a continual increase in market share and growth, improved profits, and consistently higher sales.
- Establish strong business relationships with our manufacturers, managers, sales reps, and other parties that result in increased business.
- Appropriately manages conflict that may arise.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to sell Hydro Excavation Equipment to contractors and assist with Gov’t Agencies.
- Ability to identify, develop, maintain, and grow productive business relationships.

- Must have and maintain a clean driving record.
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
- 3+ years’ experience in cold calling sales with strong track record of success.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field is preferred.
- Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
- Two to Five years mechanical experience working on hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
- Commercial Driver’s License Class A or B preferred but not required.
