Your Financial experience as a Corporate Accountant is needed for Luxury Hi-Rise Residential Developer in New York!

New York Property Developer is seeking an experienced Corporate Accountant for their multi development projects. The
Corporate Accountant oversees the corporate banking, credit and investment functions of the organization including,
policies, procedures and regulatory requirements so as to fulfill the organization’s goals.

The Corporate Accountant must have the following skills and Experience:

 Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
 Minimum 5-8 years recent experience working in a Corporate setting
 Knowledge of banking systems and processing wires .
 Knowledge of accounting systems (Sage, Yardi, MRI, etc.…).
 The applicant must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
 Well organized and reliable.

The Corporate Accountant will perform the following duties:

 Assume responsibility for cash management and liquidity.
 Provide to Executives monthly Financial Situation and Forecasting Reports.
 Manage all money market rates and interest rate calculations.
 Work with external banks and internal legal administrator to setup new bank accounts.
 Processing all wire payments and internal transfers.
 Cutting/printing checks upon request using accounting system.
 Processing all employee reimbursements upon COO approval
 Updating bi-monthly wire log and sending to Accounting Department for review.
