Job Description

- Set up and operate die casting machines according to specifications

- Install and align dies in machines using hand tools and measuring instruments

- Adjust machine settings to ensure proper operation and quality production

- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with die casting equipment

- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal functioning

- Collaborate with production team to meet production goals and deadlines

```Requirements```

- Previous experience as a Die Setter or similar role

- Strong knowledge of die casting processes and equipment

- Familiarity with logic controllers and CNC machines

- Proficiency in working with plastics injection molding and press brake machines

- Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments effectively

- Forklift certification is a plus

- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining principles

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently

- Ability to fabricate or modify dies as needed
