As a key member of our construction team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and aesthetics of our projects.

**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and filling cracks and holes

- Apply paint and other finishes to various surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and trim

- Ensure proper mixing and matching of paint colors

- Use brushes, rollers, and sprayers to apply paint in a uniform and professional manner

- Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment

- Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

- Keep accurate records of materials used and time spent on projects

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a painter in a construction or related field

- Proficiency in various painting techniques and tools

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
