Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Software Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our customer support division, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with the implementation, training, and ongoing support of StratusDX.com. This position requires travel to various locations across the United States to deliver onsite training and configuration services, ensuring seamless integration of our software into clients' workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive training and support to clients using StratusDX.com
• Conduct onsite visits to deliver training and configure software according to client needs
• Handle support calls and inquiries from our Dallas-based support center
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Manage time effectively to balance onsite visits and support requests
• Maintain punctuality and organization to meet scheduled appointments
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product functionality and user experience
