Job Description:


As the Swimming Pool Repair Department Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the pool repair department, managing staff, coordinating and ensuring timely and effective service delivery to our clients. Your expertise will help maintain and grow our reputation as the go-to service for pool repair needs in the region.


Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the pool repair department.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of pool repair technicians.
• Schedule and coordinate repair jobs, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion.
• Maintain inventory of necessary repair supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize service delivery and customer experience.
• Prepare and monitor department budgets and forecasts.
• Innovate and implement strategies to improve efficiency and quality of services.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in pool maintenance/repair or a similar role in the service industry.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of pool system operations, hydraulics, chemistry, and industry-relevant technologies.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
• Technical certification in pool maintenance and repair preferred.
