Sr. Project Manager/ Training experience

Project Description:

Ability to forecast and move projects forward with teams
Proficiency with full MS Office suite and open and quick to learn new technologies (i.e. Asset Management Tools)
Interfaces with Leadership Teams (LTs) and other key stakeholders to assure continuous alignment between brand teams, vendors and internal teams with corporate strategies and strategic projects.
Tracks and reports on the progress of assigned projects to the appropriate LT, stakeholders and senior management and vendors.
Responsible for understanding the larger product portfolio(s), continuously resolving potential obstacles between projects, and prioritizing appropriately to ensure successful delivery of the relevant strategy to meet the business needs.
Identifies, supports and leads continuous improvement initiatives.
Demonstrated mentoring, coaching and people development capabilities
Takes appropriate initiative and accountability
Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communications skills
Strong team management skills
Comfort with ambiguity and fast pace
Leadership and management experience
Work closely with the aligned Therapeutic Area Training Director, Brand and Team to plan and execute on projects, driving alignment to strategic priorities.
Collaborate with the Execution Team, Learning Technology and Operations team throughout the end to end training design, development and delivery/deployment process.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction
Proactively anticipate needs and scope solutions to meet needs
Establish and maintain standards, metrics and best practices and identify efficiencies
Balance resource needs with project needs
Ensure that data in relevant applications is populated, maintained, and updated
Assume responsibility and accountability for on-time, on-budget delivery of client project portfolios
Create project schedules, communication plans, meeting schedules, and agendas
