The Specialist, Training Delivery plays a critical frontline role in supporting core operational system deployments by executing standardized, tactical training deliverables. This role provides structure, empathy, and accountability to the end-user learning experience while ensuring regional operations are equipped to confidently operate newly deployed systems. It is designed to reflect Beacon's core values and reinforce them through every engagement. The ideal candidate is a self-starter-proactive, resourceful, and constantly seeking to elevate the quality, clarity, and impact of training delivery.
We Care:

  • Deliver training with empathy and patience, understanding that not all users are equally familiar with technology
  • Provide 1:1 coaching or support sessions post-training for users who need additional time to gain confidence
  • Ensure trainees leave sessions with clarity, access to materials, and a clear point of contact for further support


We Collaborate:

  • Coordinate closely with deployment leads and field operations to ensure the right users are trained at the right time
  • Maintain active communication with all Stakeholder groups to identify and relay recurring user challenges
  • Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to ensure consistency and quality across all training sessions and materials

  • Adhere to training schedules, maintain records of completion, and document attendance in the LMS or SharePoint trackers
  • Ensure all training content delivered aligns to the most recent SOPs, system configurations, and deployment expectations
  • Maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive operational or personnel data shared during training

  • Foster an encouraging, engaging, and approachable training environment that builds confidence through participation
  • Bring energy and positivity to live sessions to ease anxiety about system changes
  • Reinforce a culture where learning is seen as continuous and accessible

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve training methods, materials, and delivery flow
  • Comfortable leveraging data and advanced analytics to strengthen early adoption of the technologies being deployed
  • Take ownership of user readiness within assigned deployments, anticipating potential friction points and adapting in real-time
  • Continuously learn from sessions and feedback to refine future training approaches
  • Support content refinement efforts by documenting FAQs, logging confusion points, and suggesting playbook improvements


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in training or operations support, preferably in fast-paced, field-based environments
  • Excellent facilitation, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Able to translate complex workflows into step-by-step processes and communicate them clearly
  • Familiarity with digital learning tools (Zoom, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, LMS platforms)
  • Experience in student transportation or dispatch environments a plus

Salary:

  • $65,000 - $85,000 per year, paid on a bi-weekly basis
