Sales and Marketing Team Lead

We are currently seeking to hire a Sales And Marketing Team Lead to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing customer service representatives to drive client brand awareness, brand loyalty and brand revenue.We are looking for an individual that has a passion for helping build and develop brands. Team leads will get 12 weeks of paid comprehensive training from our manager. After training, this individual will be working with our Sales & Marketing Department, helping our managers develop our client's brands. This position will be onsite at one of our 10 working location’s in the area. Day to day in this role they will be working in teams of 3-5 people.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the customer service representative team activities
• Establish sales & marketing territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
• Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
• Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
• Report on team and individual performance
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
• Experience as a supervisor or manager
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to build rapport with clients
