Job Description

The Nature's Sunshine creative team is looking for a talented and passionate graphic designer to conceptualize and design print, digital, video, and social experiences. You work closely with the global creative team to develop and deliver world-class brand experiences that challenge you to create innovative, visually stunning, and effective communications and campaigns.

What will you do?

Elevate the brand, build the company culture, and deliver on business objectives.
Design breakthrough print, web/video, social, advertising, and brand experiences.
Present creative work to marketing, brand managers, and senior management.
Analyze post-campaign metrics to set best practices and optimize future campaigns for brand awareness and conversions.
Bring big ideas to life through ideation and creation of high-fidelity executions.
Support internal teams on campaigns.

What qualifies you for this role?

Ability to work at least three days per week in the Lehi, Utah office. The other days may be worked from home.
Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience. Previous agency experience is a plus!
Ready to present an online portfolio that demonstrates strong visual design skills and experience creating excellent print and rich media. When applying, please include a link to your online portfolio.
Expert level experience in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
A strong understanding of photography and videography is a plus.
Understanding of HTML/CSS/UX/UI design is also a plus.
Self-starter driven by an insane passion for delivering on business and consumer objectives.
Proven ability to help develop and follow style and brand guides.
