Description

Davis Furniture is seeking a Brand + Graphic Designer to support annual product launches, marketing campaigns, and ongoing brand initiatives. This mid-level role (3-6 years' experience) focuses on translating brand direction into high-quality visual assets across print and digital platforms while supporting product launches, sales enablement, and digital marketing efforts.

This position plays a key role in executing visual materials used for product launches, advertising campaigns, e-blasts, website updates, and social media initiatives throughout the year.

The Brand + Graphic Designer reports to the Creative Director and works closely with the Marketing Director and Brand Content Coordinator.


Requirements

Photo & Video Asset Support

  • Perform photo editing and retouching to support brand standards
  • Mark up images for photography retouching vendors 
  • Prepare production-ready files for print and digital platforms
  • Support light video editing as needed for marketing initiatives

Product Launch & Campaign Support

  • Design visual assets supporting annual product launches and NeoCon preparation
  • Create print, digital, and social advertising assets
  • Support generation of social media graphics and campaign materials
  • Develop marketing collateral including brochures, digital graphics, and launch materials
  • Support creation of sales enablement tools and presentation materials
  • Assist in maintaining consistency of visual brand standards across deliverables

Visual Storytelling & Content Support

  • Support development of visual storyboards for marketing campaigns
  • Assist in translating product narratives into visual concepts
  • Assist with brand copywriting when needed

Digital Marketing & Web Support

  • Graphically design visual assets for e-blasts and digital marketing initiatives
  • Familiarity with working within CMS platforms 
  • Prepare visual assets for website use
  • Support digital campaign asset creation
  • Assist with pulling basic performance insights from Google Analytics
  • Apply working knowledge of SEO principles to support digital initiatives

Davis Furniture operates with a small, highly collaborative Marketing team that works closely with Product Development, Manufacturing, and Sales throughout the year. QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-6 years' experience in branding, marketing, or graphic design role

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required)
  • Advanced photo editing and retouching skills required
  • Experience with CMS platforms (Webflow preferred)
  • Basic video editing experience required
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO principles preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
