Renovation Technician - Carpenter

Arizona Building Contractors in Tucson, AZ is currently seeking a highly qualified, self-starting, hands-on, and experienced Remodeling Technician-Carpenter with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in both residential remodeling and commercial TI work. Experience in new construction is required as well.

Responsibilities:

• Lead remodel and construction projects independently.
• Understand project documents, plans, specs, and changes.
• Excel in rough and finish carpentry on projects of all sizes, surpassing standard codes.
• Proficiently handle plumbing, electrical, and HVAC rough-ins and trim-outs in residential construction.
• Oversee inspections and maintain detailed job logs and progress reports.
• Prioritize job safety and cleanliness, adhering to all safety codes.
• Collaborate with the project manager to stick to project schedules.

Qualifications:

• High school/equivalent/trade school
• Valid driver's license (must have clean driving record)
• Demonstratable carpentry and remodeling experience is required (minimum five years required)
• Must be able to lift at least 75lbs
• Must be able to handle tools of the trade including demolition equipment
• Must have truck and tools required to start your day working

Salary & Benefits:
