What you'll be doing:

• Communicating over the phone using your sparkling personality, critical thinking, and ability to problem-solve
• Prospect for new clients and candidates
• Recruit and interview candidates for potential opportunities
• Advise and coach clients and candidates with job transition, salary, benefits, and other related information
• Create video and written recruiting and marketing presentations
• Participate in social media and grow the Camden Kelly network
• A variety of research, social media, and administrative functions

What you need:

• 2+ Years of Work Experience (Servers, Sales, Customer Service, Etc.)
• Critical Thinking Skills

• Excellent Communication Skills
