Palmdale currently operates in more than 50 counties across Florida and provides a wide range of tailored commercial fuel and lubricant solutions to customers in the agricultural, industrial, construction, marine, and government sectors. Operating out of 15 locations statewide, the company is a leader in the industry in the procurement and sale of gasoline, diesel, biodiesel, commercial and industrial lubricants, and chemicals that are used across a diverse set of end markets.

We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Manager at our Tampa location. We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a desire to work for a fast-paced, corporate organization. In addition to exceptional customer service skills, you must have a “roll-up your sleeves” attitude.

The job responsibilities for this position include:

Accounts Receivable – Processing OTC Lubricant & Package Goods Invoices

Inventory Management

• Managing/Assisting with Maintaining Warehouse Inventory
• Managing/Assisting in Blending Bulk Product for Packaging

• Managing/Entering Bulk Conversion Package Goods into Inventory
• Managing/Assisting with Physical Count
• Managing/Assisting with Receipt of Goods (as needed)
• Managing/Assisting Product Research/Cross Reference
• Managing Product Staging for Lubricant Truck Delivery
• Managing Loading/Unloading Product

• Managing Return to Stock of Undelivered Lubricant Bulk and Package Goods product
• Managing Stocking – Storing Newly Received Items

Operations

• Managing Lubricant Truck Delivery Reconciliation

• Managing Lubricant Deliveries
• Managing Package Goods Deliveries
• Managing Lubricant Truck PM Cycles, Repair, and Maintenance Coordination
• Back Up SkyBitz SMARTLynx Dispatching Activities (Fuel & Lubricants)

• Delivery of Lubricant and small item Package Goods Sales Orders (as needed)

Personnel – Managing Tampa Warehouse and Lubricant Personnel

Property Management – Managing keeping Office, Warehouse, and Yard clean and organized

Sales

• Assisting with Over-the-Counter Sales – Small Quantity Lubricant Purchases (as needed)
• Assisting with OTC Sales – Rack Fueling & Small Qty. Fuel and Lubricant Purchases

Special Projects – Supporting the Plant Manager with Projects (as needed)

Job Requirements

The required skills for this position are:

• 1-2years Warehouse experience
• Forklift experience, Forklift Certification preferred
• Able to Lift 50 pounds
• Ability to Multi-task: this position requires working independently and requires the ability to prioritize workload
• Positive and Professional Demeanor
• Stable Work History
