Warehouse Assistant

Market Equipment is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our team!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Loading/unloading freight trucks.
• Assisting driver and other warehouse staff with loading equipment.
• Provide backup to all purchasing and warehouse staff as needed.
• Sweeping and re-organizing the warehouse.
• Counting parts accurately and participating in cycle counts.

Required Qualifications:

• Willingness to work early or late as needed.
• Familiar with forklift operation – licensed a plus
• Familiar with google maps/navigation.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
• Computer literate. Ability to learn new systems like SamPro.
• Valid drivers license. Willingness to get DOT physical card.
• Good attitude and work ethic.
• Able to stand and bend for long periods of time in a warehouse environment
