Job Description

We are seeking a Bookkeeper-Receptionist to join our team! You will perform bookkeeping, clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

Perform bookkeeping functions
Record financial transactions and prepare financial statements
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Answer phone traffic (low volume of calls)
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Greet and assist onsite guests.
Perform all other office tasks.
Assemble and mail tax returns and financial statements.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in bookkeeping functions
Previous experience in office administration
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
