Hello rockstar! Delgado Entertainment Law PLLC is an established firm with over 20 years of experience in entertainment, intellectual property, entertainment, technology, and all things business. We handle civil cases in both state and federal court and need someone to jump in to assist with ongoing cases. We invest heavily in training our attorneys in all service areas, so while we grow, you have an opportunity to grow too, both personally and professionally.

We are seeking an experienced Entertainment Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. Arizona license to practice law (Required). As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing our clients in various legal proceedings, including trials, hearings, and arbitrations. We are a dynamic and fun group, and we love taking on challenging and interesting cases. We value and highlight the unique qualities of our staff! We have a large base of music, content creator, film, and celebrity clients, and a wide range of business clients (non-entertainment related). The salary is $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year, depending on your experience. We contribute to your health insurance, match your 401(k) contributions, and give you paid time off every month!

· Conduct legal research and analysis

· Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts

· Present arguments and evidence on behalf of clients

Skills

· 3+ years of civil litigation experience

· Strong research skills to help analyze complex legal information

· Excellent legal drafting, including the drafting of pleadings, motions, and briefs

· Persuasive writing skills when drafting legal documents

· Experience public speaking and oral advocacy skills

· Familiarity with the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure

· Familiarity with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure

· Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and practices

· Strong negotiation skills to settle matters

· Ability to work independently and with team members

· Accountability for work product, meeting deadlines, and maintaining strong communication with clients

· Positive and friendly attitude to clients and team members
