An AmLaw 50 firm is seeking an Intellectual Property Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated trademark and copyright matters within a nationally recognized intellectual property platform serving major national and international brands.

The firm is seeking a motivated associate attorney with strong trademark experience who is interested in handling a mix of prosecution, enforcement, and litigation-related intellectual property matters in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The Role

Associates in this position may work on matters involving:

  • Trademark clearance and prosecution
  • Trademark enforcement and dispute resolution
  • Trademark litigation support
  • Copyright registration and enforcement matters
  • Brand protection strategy and portfolio management
  • Domestic and international intellectual property matters
  • Online enforcement and infringement issues
  • General intellectual property counseling for sophisticated brand clients

Attorneys will work closely with established and emerging brands on strategic intellectual property protection and enforcement matters.

Ideal Background
  • 3โ€“5 years of intellectual property experience
