The Firm, an AmLaw100 leader, seeks an Intellectual Property Associate to join its growing IP team in Boston. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic practice while serving a diverse client base with practical, business-minded solutions.
A Day in the Life:
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide trusted IP advice, including copyright, trademark, and domain name matters. Responsibilities include conducting trademark/copyright clearance, prosecuting applications, leading IP policing campaigns, and supporting litigation efforts (e.g., copyright, trademark, and domain name disputes). You’ll engage in client-focused work that balances flexibility with tireless advocacy.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in intellectual property law
- Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar
- Experience with trademark/copyright clearance, prosecution, policing, and litigation
- Strong academic credentials (law school transcript required)
