We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager & Business Development professional to lead our operations in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the exterior industry, with strong leadership abilities and a passion for driving business growth. As the General Manager & Business Development lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Pittsburgh location, including sales, operations, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market presence in the Pittsburgh area.
Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, project managers, and support staff to achieve company goals and objectives.
Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and customer service throughout the organization.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, contracts, and strategic alliances.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
Oversee the sales process from lead generation to project completion, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control, to achieve profitability targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the exterior industry, with a focus on business development and management.
Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business plans.
Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
