Tech Services Laboratory Technician

As a Quality Assurance Specialist (also known as Quality Technician, Quality Control Analyst), you'll oversee the testing, investigation, evaluation, and diagnosis of automotive electrical components such as alternators and starters. You'll also provide customer support, troubleshooting issues, and identifying root causes for resolution to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you'll be responsible for maintaining testing equipment, providing technical support to other departments, and participating in a collaborative work environment.

- High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for an Associate's Degree in a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Quality or a combination of education and work experience, preferably in the Automotive Industry.
- Good understanding and working knowledge of DC vehicle electrical systems, ability to diagnose and troubleshoot based on vehicle electric schematics and diagrams. ASE Certification required.
