Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you will • Receive complete training • Reach out to customers by phone and email • Answer questions and address inquiries • Provide information on product details, pricing, availability and lead times • Make product suggestions upon request • Upsell/cross-sell additional products as appropriate • Create price quotes • Take, enter and process customer orders • Make updates to customer account information in the database • Provide post-sale support to new and existing customers • Serve as an ongoing resource and point of contact for your accounts • Perform other duties as assigned.
