Job description

What we do at SPS: 

SPS helps condominium communities make confident, well-informed decisions about their aging buildings and shared property. With nearly 40 years of experience in exterior restoration and building envelope projects, SPS partners with boards and property managers to plan and execute long-term solutions that protect property values and support the future of the community.

What our Sales Leaders do:   The Sales Leader shares responsibility with the sales team to ensure that the operations team has a consistent 6-month+ backlog of work. The Sales Leader identifies and closes new planning engagements.  Through the engagement, the Sales Leader collaborates with condominium associations and SPS team members to evaluate building envelopes, define and price options, and sell building envelope replacement projects.  A successful Sales Leader balances dozens of opportunities. Specific responsibilities are expected to include:

Client Consultation and Sales: 
·       Effectively attuning to the client’s goals and providing consultative solutions. 
·       Navigating client decision-making processes effectively.
·       Analyzing property needs and defining high-value, long-term solutions.
·       Evaluating options with sales and operations teams to define project scope.
·       Performing estimates and pricing.
·       Writing and presenting proposals and securing contracts.
Interaction with Operations:
·       Ensuring a seamless hand-off between sales and operations teams.
·       Attending client meetings during production as needed.
·       Fostering long-term client relationships to generate future opportunities.

A successful Sales Leader is able to balance these responsibilities through excellent time management skills and a strong commitment to the SPS Mission. Supervised by the Vice President, the Sales Leader role is a full-time, exempt position.
