This opportunity is designed for someone ready to use their sales, leadership, and business-development experience to build an organization of their own.


This is an agency ownership opportunity not a salaried executive position.

What Youll Do

  • Create and execute strategies for agency growth
  • Build a sales pipeline through marketing, networking, referrals, and community engagement
  • Recommend Property & Casualty and Life insurance solutions
  • Develop lasting relationships with individuals and local businesses
  • Establish production, revenue, and team-development goals
  • Recruit, coach, and retain sales professionals
  • Build referral partnerships with community and business leaders
  • Develop systems that support retention, recurring revenue, and continued growth
