  • Full Time Position with expected 40+ hours per week in the office
  • Salary and bonus - Salary based on experience and skill set, range $75k - $100k
  • Dress Code: Business Professional
  • Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday -Thursday & 8am -4pm Friday

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conversion of company provided $1M+ prospects to clients using script
  • Onboarding of new clients through the first year only
  • Manage the financial planning process from start to finish for each client including:
    • Assist paraplanner team in preparation of financial plans using eMoney and other financial planning software
    • Assist paraplanner team in creation of customized financial recommendations
    • Assist paraplanner team in preparation of portfolio design and recommendations
    • Present recommendations to clients
  • Conduct research as needed related to assigned client cases
  • Participate in the coordination of daily trading and reviewing daily completed tasks
  • Ensure compliance notation is adhered to
  • Assist in marketing materials development
  • Prepare and present webinars and seminars
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years of financial planning experience in a client facing role
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation
  • Life and Health Insurance license
  • Bachelor's degree or higher-level degree
  • Sales Training
  • Verifiable history of new client conversion and onboarding
  • Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, financial markets, investments, and insurance-based products
  • Knowledge of concepts and regulations related to financial planning
  • Knowledge of financial related technology, software planning tools and presentations
  • MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint proficiency to produce presentations, correspondence, electronic communication; maintain spreadsheets and databases

  • Sales training
  • Strong organization and time management skills to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to present complex topics an easy to understand language
  • Detail oriented to ensure quality standards are met without impairing workflow
  • Skill in following up to ensure resolution and completion of tasks
  • Ability to produce presentations, correspondence; maintain spreadsheets and databases
  • Ability to incorporate the financial needs and goals of a client into a succinct, professional presentation outlining their options
  • Read and interpret technical and legal documents; apply the information as appropriate
  • Provide a high level of customer service in a calm, courteous and professional manner
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong Ability for Public Speaking
