Position Overview: 

We are looking for a visionary Chief Architect with deep expertise in architecting complex software systems to join our dynamic team. As a Chief Architect specializing in Pharmacy Healthcare, you will be responsible for defining the architectural vision, guiding technical decision-making, and driving the implementation of scalable and robust software solutions tailored to the unique needs of pharmacies in the healthcare industry. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical strategies, while also mentoring and guiding junior engineers. 

Responsibilities: 

• Define the architectural vision and technical roadmap for our pharmacy healthcare software platform, considering scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. 

• Lead architectural design discussions and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 

• Architect and design modular, reusable components and APIs that facilitate seamless integration with pharmacy management systems, electronic health records (EHRs), and other healthcare systems. 

• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns to support our long-term technical strategy. 

• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across software development efforts. 

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Advanced degree preferred. 

• Proven experience as a Software Architect or Technical Lead, with a track record of architecting and delivering complex software systems in a professional setting. 

• Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and architectural styles. 

• Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#) and familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., Angular, React). 

• Expertise in cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). 

• Experience with healthcare standards and regulations (e.g., HL7, FHIR, HIPAA) is highly desirable. 

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing complex technical challenges.
