About the opportunity:
Hybrid Pathways, a New Era company, is seeking a Business Analyst in Identity and Access Management (IAM). You will assist with our clients Human Capital Management Modernization initiative and implementation of Workday. You’ll work alongside IAM product owners and engineers to engage with business stakeholders; product owners and managers; and cross-functional teams to analyze and document business processes and system needs as they related to IAM and Lifecycle Management. You will also work with our User Experience team to gather and analyze data; create benchmarks; and develop KPIs. Through internal IAM efforts and partnership with the Implementation Partner, HRIS and other security teams, you will help the IAM team implement Workday and integrate it with our IDM platform (SailPoint), enhancing our security posture, and delivering a positive end-user experience. This is a 12-month remote opportunity.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of IAM experience or experience in related areas.
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise of IAM concepts such as Authentication, Authorization, Life Cycle Management and Access Provisioning
- Experience in System Integrations, especially leveraging Agile Practices and tools (i.e., JIRA, Confluence)
- Experience in advocating for IAM best practices across different organizations
- Skills in performing root cause analysis, triaging problems identified in processes or application configurations, and driving improvements in the performance and scalability of IAM services and tools
- Skills in performing root cause analysis, triaging problems identified in processes or application configurations
- Effective communication skills with capability of translating technical concepts into business value
- Experience with data collection and analytics
- Experience with process analysis, workflow evaluation and journey mapping
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other IAM tools such as SailPoint or CyberArk
- Experience with HCM modernization initiatives, especially implementing Workday
- Strong data analytical skills with experience using tools such as PowerBI, SQL, and/or Excel
Required Education
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university; or equivalent training, education, and work experience.
