Qualifications:Company Description
Our client, in West Covina, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a temporary engagement. Full time hours Monday through Friday for the next 4+ months. Hybrid role. Only local applicants will be considered. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $25 to $30 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Full cycle Accounts Payable processing
- Matching purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents
- Processing ACH Payments
- Preparation of AP accrual journal entries
- Responding to vendor requests and handling discrepancies
Qualifications:
- 2+ years full cycle Accounts Payable experience
- Advanced MS Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate (written and verbally) with team members and vendors
