Job Description:

Perform, manage and control the Testing activities and processes by ensuring visibility, traceability, and control of the process to deliver high quality softwares. Managing and building a testing team as required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and functional specifications
• Develop test plan
• Deploy and manage resources for testing
• Apply appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the team test cases.
• Perform Smoke, Regression, Functional, System & End-to-End Testing.
• Execute scripts for GUI functionality, System Integration,and end-end testing
• Schedule tests to execute, monitor, measure, control and report on the test progress, the product quality status and the test results, adapting the test plan and compensating as needed to adjust to evolving conditions.
• Execute, manage test cases & report bugs to Quality Center(QC)
• Test management suites for writing test cases,execution,defect management,defect tracking & bug reporting
• Defect logging and retesting .
• Involve in defect triage calls with onshore and offshore team,business analyst & support team.
• Perform backend testing by executing SQL queries
• Maintain requirement traceability matrix (RTM) in excel to map with test cases and requirements of the application
• Create and manage weekly/monthly report
• Integration SAP like salesforce, Loyalty Cloud called ANNEX, Concierge, mobile apps and ecommerce portals;
• Support Go live on SAP HANA.

• Minimum 10+ years of testing experience.
• Prior testing experience in SAP environment/systems
• Ability to manage Clients.
• Should have strong leadership skills.
• Prior testing experience in medical domain will be preferred
• Must have valid Work Authorization in the US
