Sales Manager

The Rain Man is seeking for another FULL TIME sales manager.  We have been selling gutter services for 5 years and are looking to grow. Best part about this position. Our customers call us because they want or need our services.

1. Leads will be provided
2. Training will be in the office & while running appointments
3. Once fully trained you will only need to be in the office 1 time per week on Monday for a meeting

Responsibilities:

• Manage sales team 
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to the sales team
• Until fully trained there will be some door knocking to start
• Appointments are generally a hour from our office

Qualifications:

• Must be willing to work up to 8 pm if needed but most my guys are home by 7
• We will train the right person but we prefer someone with a sales background
• Window, roofing, siding, kitchen bath sales are highly encourage to apply, but I will train the right person with a great customer service background
• Must have a valid drivers license
