Gutter Repair, Maintenance & Cleaning Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining gutters to ensure they function properly and efficiently. Additionally, you will be tasked with cleaning gutters to prevent clogs and water damage. The ideal candidate will preferably but not required, have experience in gutter repair and maintenance, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspections of gutters to identify any damages, leaks, or areas in need of repair.
  • Repair damaged or leaking gutters by replacing sections, resealing joints, and realigning gutters as necessary.
  • Install gutter guards or screens to prevent debris buildup and clogging.
  • Clean gutters by removing leaves, sticks, and other debris using appropriate tools and equipment.
  • Ensure downspouts are clear and functioning properly to divert water away from the building.
  • Document work performed, including repairs made and materials used.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding job status and recommendations for gutter maintenance.
