WHAT WE OFFER:
LEADS - We are a Zillow Flex partner; we provide vetted leads that call YOU to buy or sell a home.
TRANSACTION COORDINATORS - In-house and full-time; TCs cover the paperwork and administrative parts of a transaction (scheduling inspections, attorneys, title, etc.) so that you can focus on your clients.
AGENT-FRIENDLY SPLITS
BUSINESS TECH & SUPPLIES - FREE Dotloop, Follow Up Boss, and company email accounts. We also provide free listing signs, business cards, headshots, and printers.
TRAINING - Access to all Keller Williams training + in-house team training.

Responsibilities
• Handle inbound phone calls with potential clients wanting to buy or sell a home in Charlotte and surrounding areas
• Work with Transaction Coordinators once a client is under contract to ensure a smooth process through to the closing table
• Close a minimum of $3.5 million in sales volume each year
• Convert leads at 5% or better (i.e. for every 20 leads we provide, you close one)
• Support and advocate for our business partners, including, but not limited to lenders, title, and attorneys
Qualifications
• NC Real Estate License
• Real Estate Sales Experience
• Driver's License
• Experience working with Zillow leads is a bonus, but not a requirement
