We are looking for an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team! As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for helping our Outside Sales team identify additional sales opportunities in their given territory.

Inside Sales Representative duties and responsibilities

• Communicating with customers and outside sales representatives via email and over the phone
• Review customers buying history and suggestive selling by adding to back orders or initiating first time orders
• Developing new leads from our Website and Klaviyo information
• Analyzing information from our Marketing department
• Creating and maintaining customer database
• Understanding customer needs and product offerings
• Explaining product features and benefits
• Closing sales and achieving quotas

Inside Sales Representative requirements and qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software-Netsuites and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening skills
• Strong organizational skills

• Excellent multitasking skills
