JOB TITLE: Welding Dept. Manager

Reports To: Operations Manager

Requirements:

Have great work Ethic, Great Customer Relations, be able to Follow Verbal or Written line up, Work as a Team or Individually.
Proficient with computers, Certified Welder, Knowledge of Robotic Welders Ability to lead & teach, Experience in Mig & Tig Welding, Cut & Etch

Program Robotic Welders.
Daily machine inspections.
Set up Weld Fixtures.
Modify weld fixtures as needed.
Work with welding operators to complete jobs correctly and on time.
Order Consumables as needed.
Keep all job paperwork filled out and turned in.
Follow all Safety Protocols.
Keep local and surrounding areas clean and organized
