We are seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information. We find that candidates with backgrounds in retail, customer service, sales, restaurant, advertising, public relations, and hospitality make easy transitions into this position. This job involves face-to-face sales interactions with retail customers. We are looking for individuals who are interested in growing and developing within a company and have the leadership skills for rapid advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries
- Provide information about the products and services
- Resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
