Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Expert to join our team! In this role, you will install, service, or repair heating and air conditioning systems in residences and/or commercial establishments. We maintain a competitive hourly rate, comprehensive bonus structure, and overtime opportunities.

Team members should have experience in an HVAC as a service and/or maintenance technician or installer role and hold an EPA certification. A team member should be comfortable working independently, but know that they have years of experience supporting them. Responsibilities:

The BES Service Requirement is designed to ensure that we meet or exceed Client and Internal Team expectations to create better efficiency, alignment, clarity, and accountability among the Team.
Demonstrating Integrity, doing the right thing even when no one is looking.
Providing WOW service, going above and beyond to serve at the highest level.
Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment
Diagnose and perform repairs or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
Requires all typical hand tools to be self-purchased. We provide typical large tools and stock.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and time spent on each job.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local and national electrical codes and safety standards. Safety First, for our family and theirs.

Qualifications:

Experience in HVAC Service, Maintenance, and/or Installation or comparable education
Valid Drivers License
EPA Certification
Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds
Ability to read and interpret schematics preferred
Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Communication and Client service skills preferred
