Title Processor II

The Title Processor II is responsible for processing automobile title documents for lease payoff along with the functions of a Title Processor I. They are responsible to follow the release instructions provided by the client. This position requires the ability to research and address exception issues.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Read steps in AS400 to process Paid in Full accounts.
• Sign/stamp title documents and match/attach all other corresponding documents.
• Follow provided instructions to complete reassignment of titles.
• Notify the supervisor/lead for any exception issues or questions.
• Assist others as necessary.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications (Education AND Experience)

• HS diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Some college.
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Minimal supervision.

• Ability to type 45+ WPM.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong handwriting skills/excellent penmanship.
