Job description

BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Operations Specialist for an opportunity in Dallas, TX USA

Position Title: Operations Specialist

Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: 12 Months

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $15.33/hr on W2

Job Description:
This role focuses primarily on reconciliation and basic accounting activities, with occasional physical requirements such as lifting and extended periods of standing.

The position is fully onsite and operates on a Mondayโ€“Friday schedule from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM (7-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch).

The successful candidate(s) will work under the supervision of a Manager or Lead and is expected to consistently meet established productivity, quality, attendance, and punctuality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and validate incoming work packages from Financial Centers and ATM channels, and delivered daily via UPS Perform basic accounting functions, including general ledger balancing and reconciliation.
  • Conduct timely research and resolution of transaction exceptions and internal inquiries.
  • Ensure accuracy and adherence to strict processing deadlines

Required Skills

  • Proficient in 10-key entry with basic accounting and balancing skills Basic computer proficiency Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Physical & Work Requirements Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Ability to stand for 2โ€“5 hours per day. Flexibility to adjust work hours as needed to support operational demands, including occasional extended hours
