Job description

We are seeking an experienced Title Processor to join our title team in Tampa, FL. This is a full-time, in-office position for someone confident in managing title files, communicating with clients and lenders, and helping transactions move smoothly from start to close. SoftPro experience is highly valued.


Flexibility is key, as this role includes title assistance, administrative tasks, and working directly with the CEO. The right candidate is comfortable handling daily title file flow, answering mortgage-related questions, coordinating with all parties, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

$38,000 - $45,000 at plan earnings


Responsibilities:
  • Assist other title processors in opening and processing title/escrow files
  • Order and review title searches, payoffs, HOA/condo estoppels, taxes, and lien info
  • Clear title issues and prepare settlement statements
  • Communicate with lenders, agents, buyers/sellers to gather required docs
  • Prepare closing packages and provide support to the closer as needed

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience processing files in a title agency environment
  • Strong understanding of Florida real estate/title documents
  • SoftPro experience
  • Must work on-site in the Tampa office
