The Auto Title Processor (Administrative) is responsible for processing automobile title documents for lease payoff along with following the release instructions provided by the client. This position requires the ability to research and address exception issues.

We're thrilled that you are interested in joining PDP Group, an Amynta Group company. We are currently hiring for the position of Auto Title Processor (Administrative) at our Hunt Valley, MD location. The compensation for this position is $17.75 per hour, with possible opportunities for overtime.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sign/stamp title documents and match/attach all other corresponding documents.
  • Follow provided instructions to complete reassignment of titles.
  • Notify the supervisor/lead for any exception issues or questions.
  • Assist others as necessary.

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)

  • HS diploma or General Education Degree. (GED).
  • 2-4 years' experience. (Administrative)
  • DMV or car dealership or title experience a plus.

MINIMIUM JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to type 45+ WPM.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong handwriting skills/excellent penmanship.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people throughout the organization.
  • Willingness to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image.
  • Ability to perform required daily duties under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to meet expected production deadline.
