Receptionist Front Desk

Gioia Sails, Inc. has been providing its cliental with the finest canvas and upholstery products from all over the world since 1966.

Our company, in Lakewood, NJ is seeking an energetic, friendly team player to fill the open role of assistant/receptionist in our busy office.

Looking for someone who is available Monday thru Friday (8:30am-5:00pm) and alternating Saturday mornings for overtime, (8am-12 noon).

Typical duties include:

·         Attending to the needs of customers in-person and over the phone.

·         Answer, screen, and manage all incoming calls.

·         Provide administrative support to other departments as necessary including faxing, filing, emailing, spreadsheets and placing phone calls.

Requirements:

·         Organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

·         Ability to multitask.

·         Knowledge of phone systems.

·         Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

·         Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred but not required.
