Position: Sober Living Operations/Admissions Manager
Compensation: Full-Time Contractor - Dependent on Experience (DOE)
Hours: Flexible - On call after-hours and weekends
Supervisor: Owners

Description:
A Sober Living Business is currently seeking a dedicated manager to oversee admissions, house managers, and house/yard/pool maintenance. The Operations/Admissions Manager will play a key role in managing admissions calls, overseeing incoming admissions, supervising house managers, ensuring the maintenance of swimming pools, coordinating maintenance and yardwork on properties, and supporting house managers with discharges. The manager will conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all policies and procedures, delivering a high-quality service and experience to residents.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all house managers.
Handle incoming admissions calls and address basic sober living inquiries.
Assist house managers with resident discharges (as needed).
Familiarize oneself with all documentation related to resident housing and contracts.
Ensure all electronic documentation is signed by new residents.
Collect bed fees weekly and promptly notify owners of any outstanding payments.
Verify that swimming pools are maintained by vendors and clean as needed.
Train new house managers on policies, procedures, schedules, drug testing, CPR, and Narcan administration.
Conduct daily reviews of House Manager notes in EMR and ensure proper reporting.
Address and follow up on any house maintenance issues promptly.
Manage inventory and stock homes with necessary supplies.
Coordinate with Treatment Providers to facilitate the admission of incoming residents.
Assist house managers with resident behavioral issues as required
Immediately report resident behavioral issues to owners.
Conduct Monthly Meetings with House Managers and owners.
Conduct random room searches with house managers when necessary.
Oversee house maintenance, pool/landscaping issues, and minor house repairs.
Ensure house managers maintain landscaping, including lawn care, trimming, and clean-up as needed.
Perform insect/pest control as required.
Repair landscape irrigation leaks promptly.
Coordinate repairs with outside vendors when directed.
Conduct house inspections every two weeks.
Availability to be on call evenings and weekends (as needed).
Interface with Treatment Providers as necessary.
Represent the company at local events and conferences.

Requirements:
Self-starter with strong multitasking abilities.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Working knowledge of 12-step recovery programs.
Experience in landscaping, pool maintenance, and minor home repairs.
Previous experience managing sober living facilities or in a supervisory role.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and experience with de-escalation techniques.
Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation.
Clean driving record.
CPR/FIRST AID/NARCAN Training (Peer Support Certified a Plus).
Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
Detail-oriented with the ability to perform detailed inspections and reports.
